Unit availability, payment terms and channels, and purchasing requirements will be discussed with you thoroughly.


Upon selection of the unit, your sales associate will prepare the following the documents for your review:

  • Term Sheet
  • Amortization Sheet
  • Reservation Agreement
  • Deed of Undertaking, if required

Carefully review the documents and requirements. Please feel free to ask your sales associate for any clarification. Sign the documents if you wish to pursue your unit reservation.

Submit the following within the prescribed reservation timeframe:  

  • Accomplished Buyer’s Information Sheet
  • Accomplished Reservation Agreement
  • 2 valid government-issued ID with 3 specimen (spouses, if married) signatures
  • Proof of TIN number
  • Special Power of Attorney (if required)
  • Reservation Fee (if any, payable to Primeworld Land’s payment channels)

Submit the following within 30 days from date of reservation:

  • Post Dated Checks (Equity), payable to Primeworld Land Holdings, Inc.
  • Proof of Income
  • Latest Income Tax Return (ITR)
  • Signed Contract to Sell
  • Birth Certificate
  • Marriage Certificate, if married
  • Other documents, as needed

What is the Total Contract Price (TCP)?

The Total Contract Price (TCP) is the total amount due for the purchase of your residential unit. It includes bank charges, title transfer fees, move-in fees, water and electricity connection fees.

The amount excludes the Mortgage Redemption Insurance (MRI) and Fire Insurance (FI), which are paid directly to the bank.
